Ascension crest (Ranked Aura) Not updating to correct rank.

Current Correct Rank: Diamond 4

Rank Shown on Crest: In lobby Diamond, in game shows rookie

Issue Description:

My Ascension Crest is bugged and does not reflect my actual current rank in-game. It has been stuck on the incorrect rank since the first day of the new season despite my rank progressing.

Troubleshooting Already Attempted:

Played more than 5+ ranked matches to force a server sync.

Deleted Local Saved Data (Reserved Space and Profile Data) from the Xbox "Manage Game" menu.

Performed a Hard Power Cycle (unplugged console for 2 minutes) to clear the hardware cache.

Switched Data Centers to force a new server handshake.

Unequipped and re-equipped the crest multiple times.

Despite these steps, my local settings did not even reset, suggesting the bugged data is being pulled directly from the EA Cloud servers. Please manually refresh or sync my account's ranked rewards data to match my current RP.
