I can't pick legend during matchmaking even though I had the legend.
Basically I own the legend for a long time. But its been months I cannot select Ashe, it shown as locked.
I even cannot buy it again as well. It doesn't let me.

Sorry to hear you've been locked out of Ash for so long. This should be all fixed up for your account next time you're able to log in and check!
