getting the exact same issue, ive been troubleshooting for hours
So it's a bit embarrassing but I found out that when I set my PC back up after I moved, I plugged my monitors into my Motherboard and not my GPU, which caused Apex to try to run on the internal graphics and crash, feel like a dummy, but fixed!
