Bangalore heirloom broken (pls fix)

the one sharpening animation is the only one that plays, like 90% of the time, not only that but the sparks and sharpening is way off so not only does it not look good, there is such little chance you'll get to see any other animation, I didn't realise I was spending my shards on a broken heirloom :/

in the video i am cancelling the animation to show how frequent it plays and also how the sparks do not line up correctly. I've seen people bring this up a lot since the recolour came out and nothing has happened in 7+ months. I hope this is fixed at some point, I'd like to enjoy something that has taken so long to get.
