Battle pass issue
I bought the battle pass ultimate plus but it wont activate and it just says purchase without any price tag so I went to the xbox store to buy it and it still isn't activating

I can’t purchase either on Xbox or on the ea website.
Unable to purchase Ultimate+ on Xbox OR the EA website. Other options are valid, just can’t do ultimate +
