Battle Pass Premium Rewards Locked After EA Support Fix

I'm hoping someone can help with a very specific and frustrating Battle Pass issue.
Here is my situation:
- Platform: I play Apex Legends on an Xbox Series X.
- Purchase: On October 8th, I bought the "Apex Legends Ultimate + Battle Pass" bundle through the PC EA Store.
- Initial Problem: For two weeks, the Battle Pass never showed up on my account. I waited, assuming it was just a server delay.
- EA Support: Yesterday (October 22nd), I contacted EA support. The customer service agent was able to fix the initial problem, and the Battle Pass finally appeared on my account.
My Current Problem (October 23rd):
Today, I logged into the game and saw the Battle Pass was active. I successfully received the instant Level 1 unlock rewards (the items you get just for purchasing the pass).
However, I am already Level 73 in the Battle Pass this season.
Even though the pass is active, all of the premium track rewards from Level 1 up to my current Level 73 are still locked.
When I click on any of the locked premium rewards (for example, the item at Level 60), it still says "Requires Level 60" and I cannot claim it, even though I am Level 73.
It seems like the system gave me the pass but failed to retroactively unlock all the rewards I have already earned.
Has anyone else experienced this specific issue after having support manually add a Battle Pass? Is there a known fix (like logging out, clearing cache, etc.), or do I need to contact EA support for a second time?
