battle pass

so i bougth ultimate battle pass , but when i opened game it showed that i opened ultimate plus one i was on level 31 in bp but i didnt get any of the rewards , when i click a skin that needed to open in level 10 it says lvl 10 required but im already on lvl 31 , how this can be even hapen like the screen showed that i had the rewards but if i go to my skins or my apex coins i didnt get any of the rewards , i can use every legend because of ultimate plus benefits even if i didnt but the plus one. i tried to redownload it didnt worked
