Beasts of prey packs not counting

Not only are the beasts of prey packs not counting towards the heirloom tracker, I got the heirloom before I even opened the rest of the 24 packs! Which scammed me out of the rest of the packs which I can no longer buy (I’m missing the ONE item I was actually trying to purchase and it now says packs unavailable). I just wanted Wattsons emote but I cannot purchase any more of the packs as they’re unavailable due to getting the Loba heirloom early because it glitched out due to the faulty tracker…
