Since you still haven't seen those coins show up after that, it would be best to get in touch with support directly so they can help verify that purchase and make sure you get everything.

I've tried making a case and It's very difficult, the website is very confusing it needs to be changed it keeps taking me in circles, I've also been waiting about 24hrs for a reply on my case and no one had looked into my issue.
