I have noticed two bugs with skins in the Breach Battlepass Split 2.
On Catalyst's 'Dark Sinister' skin, there is a visual bug where part of her hand behaves oddly, moving from her model when using abilities.
On Catalyst's 'Toxic Empress' skin, the first person view of the hand do not show any glowing aspect, despite appearing both in third person and in the battlepass page.

It’s definitely bugged. Nothing glows in first person for toxic empress. Hopefully they fix it soon.
I Paid For The Ultimate + Tier Of The Battlepass Because I Liked The Toxic Empress Skin More Than The Dark Sinister Skin But Once I Used Both I Realized That The Dark Sinister (Blue/Purple) One Has Better Visual Effects On The Hand That I Wish Carried Over To Hands Of The Toxic Empress(Green). I Would Just Like It If The Toxic Empress Hands Glowed Like It Does When Your 3rd Person Or The Way The Dark Sinister Hand Does In 1st Person, Instead Of It Being Like A Green Film On The Hands And If The Ferro-Fluid Was Added On The Finger Nails For Both Skins
PardonMySkills Yeah, the skin is currently bugged, (which has already been reported).
I have the same problem. I've asked EA Help many times for assistance. It seems there's a problem with the costume. I'm waiting for a response.
Quick addition to this: the Belladonna and Righteous Fury skins for Loba on the same battle pass don't seem to be affected by similar glow issues - there's consistent behaviour between first- and third-person views.

The first-person glow effect for Toxic Empress looks to have been fixed in today's patch!
The odd geometry that pops up on Dark Sinister seems to still happen, though.
