Broken player distubution bar

my player distubution bar is stuck in the far right indicating im a pred level player when i am average, my brother who is much better then me doesnt evven face lobbies as difficult as mine.

also whether i do bad it never changes even slightly. i am frustrated since i cant even compete in the slightest. i would like it fixed, thankyou
