Bug crashing teammates game

I believe my account is bugged at the moment since the start of the new season. Whenever I get thirsted, both my teammates game crash simultaneously. Its happened with random teammates and pre made. I've reinstalled, repaired files and closed any non essential programs. When I log onto an alternate account, the bug doesn't happen so I think it's tied to the this account.

    I have the same problem where i am the bugged teammate. It seems like this bug related to that specific Account. The only solution i did was change to another account then ill be able to play with my friends.

    Have the same here ... can' play with my friend, every time he die, my game crashed
