Why can't I buy the last pack?
It show COMPLETED , even though i didn't get the mythic item.
I also buy all the packs at reward shop.
Also there is no any event pack that haven't open

same here, i had one pack left to complete the epyon heat rod event, i claimed the free saber pack after the store reset today and now it has counted that saber pack toward my epyon heat prod progression and says event completed but i have not received the heirloom and the deathbox

This has happened to me as well. Not sure what console you are playing on, but mine is Xbox. Had everything but the Epyon Whip, but the reward shop has messed up my shop. I have the crafting materials after the store refresh and was going to purchase it with metals, but now it is completely grayed out. Sitting at a permeant 26/27.

Same with me to, completed the saber and got the heirloom and stuck on 26/27 for the other one, I’m also on Xbox to so I wonder if it’s an Xbox bug but this is apex so doesn’t surprise me
