After the reward store update, I planned to redeem the Lightsaber Case first before purchasing the final Whip Case. However, after I redeemed the Lightsaber Case, my Whip Milestone showed as completed, yet I did not receive my Heirloom pull, nor can I buy the final case.
If the money I spent on this milestone goes to waste due to this bug, I will be extremely furious at Respawn Entertainment.
Additionally, the 500-case pity system has disappeared and remains unfixed after such a long time, yet you’ve launched the 100-pack event. The studio’s behavior is truly shameless.
Same for me too. If this goes unresolved. I'm gonna stop buying any apex items and just playing it as free game.
