Hello EA Support,
I am experiencing an issue with the reward redemption shop during the current Apex Legends x Gundam crossover event.
I have already successfully obtained the "Heat Rod" heirloom. According to the normal shop rotation, a "Beam Saber" event pack was supposed to refresh in my reward shop yesterday early morning. However, my shop only refreshed with a standard Epic Pack, and the Beam Saber pack did not appear at all.
Expected Result: Since I already own the Heat Rod, the reward shop should have refreshed to offer the Beam Saber event pack.
Actual Result: The reward shop only refreshed with an Epic Pack, and the Beam Saber pack is completely missing from the store.

Fauiks From what I can tell, the event point store is only suppose to offer packs for "Heat Rod".
If all of the "Heat Rod" packs are opened, then there would be an epic pack instead, (which seems to be the case as I only had opened up 1 "Heat Rod" pack, and I see a second "Heat Rod" pack in the event point store).
I am also having this issue, I was not offered a Beam Saber pack or an Epic Pack, it simply shows six items instead of the intended seven.
