I am encountering a technical display bug regarding the in-game store discount.
In the current "Heatwave" Collection Event, I own 0 (zero) event items. According to the event rules, this should grant a 90% discount on Event Packs. However, the store interface incorrectly displays and applies only a 70% discount when I attempt to make a purchase.
I have NOT purchased any Event Packs, Apex Packs, or crafted any event items during this entire event.
The issue is not with my understanding of the rules, but with the system incorrectly calculating and displaying the discount tier for my account.
Please have a specialist review my account and correct this technical fault. I should be eligible for the 90% discount. This appears to be a display/calculation bug affecting my account.
