Bugged Item Usage In Gundam Event

After using a launcher in quarantine zone I was unable to use tactical, shields, ultimate, bit staves, or many other parts of the Hud. This persisted even after respawning and made the game impossible to play. I played alter and tried to grab a car smg while I hit the launcher and then the bug began.
