My account was banned in 2023 for some unknown reason. I appealed several times afterward, the ban record disappeared, but I still cannot log in to the game.

Just to check, did you play via the EA app or a different platform? If it was a different platform (like Steam, Xbox, etc.) could you quickly try logging in here with the same EA account you're checking the ban history on to see if the affected account is linked?
Both EA APP and Steam can't log into the game.And the steam is linked
