Guys, I don't want to offend anybody, but I haven't been playing the game for 12 to 18 months. I've reinstalled, and I saw that now, there is a cloged messed up interface. The main menu and things you can do , is worst than ever. It was so awesome, like the old good times, like in 2023. Simple, straight, very easy to find and to do everything. Inside the game.... Movement has changed in a bad way, small changes but obvious. Now is not a big difference between normal walk, and running. Weapons mechanics and everything regarding how weapons works. You've changed the loot on the map, now you are forcing me, to jump in places where I don't like, just to be able to find, in a way of speaking , the desired loot and weapons... Experience is worst than ever. Every change you've made, can be seen in the statistics... The number of players now, are the numbers from the beggining of the Apex Legens, until the summer of 2021. You are loosing a lot of players..... and now you are at less than half of the players from 2023. Please revert the changes, and give us back , the joy and the good experience from 2022- to spring 2024. Best game ever in that period, and everything was so awesome, fun, and the experience was incredible... Have a great Christmas, and a New Year with all the best for all of you and your families ! I've seen several people from a few weeks ago say they've had this issue but I've only just experienced it today. Only a couple days ago my game was staying at 180-200 fps consistently, now it will drop as low as 60 sometimes depending on which direction I'm facing. Standing in the firing range looking back and forth it slides between 200 and 100. I've reinstalled drivers, changed in game settings, verified files and reinstalled the game but nothing works. I have to assume it's an error on the game's part from the most recent patch. Are the devs looking into this & are there any temporary fixes?40Views1like0CommentsI cannot play Ash its bugged.
So when i logged in to my account after months i saw ash is locked and the ''unlock legend'' button is blank. I contacted with the EA support team but they said they have nothing to do about it and i have to understand the situation. My EA app shows everything normal—playtime, achievements, all of it. But when I launch the game and get to the lobby, it says I’m a Level 1 player. I contacted customer support to appeal this issue, and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it. I am writing to report a critical issue with the penalty system in Apex Legends that resulted in an unfair and severe punishment during a ranked match. Today, during a Diamond-tier ranked game on PC, I experienced a very brief internet disconnection lasting no more than two seconds. My connection restored immediately, and I attempted to reconnect to the ongoing match without delay using the game's reconnection feature. However, instead of successfully rejoining my squad, the game forcibly returned me to the main lobby. Subsequently, I received a 10-minute matchmaking ban penalty and, most detrimentally, lost 162 Ranked Points. This is extremely frustrating as our squad was in a stable position at the moment of the disconnect, and I was on track to gain approximately +32 RP for that match. The system did not provide a viable reconnection path despite my immediate attempt, punishing me for a minor technical hiccup outside of my control. Losing 162 RP at the Diamond level represents a significant and demoralizing setback, negating hours of dedicated effort. I am writing now because this identical situation has just happened to me AGAIN, which proves this is a recurring system failure and not a one-time error. In this latest match, I experienced several very brief disconnections over a minute (each lasting only a few seconds) during a critical fight. Each time, my internet recovered fully and I was able to click "Reconnect" immediately. However, on the final attempt, the game did not put me back into the match. Instead, it threw me to the lobby with a message that the match had concluded, and I was again penalized with another -162 RP loss, while my teammate was still actively playing in the game. This is completely unacceptable. I am being punished with the maximum penalty for a technical issue I cannot control, and the game's 'Reconnect' feature is fundamentally broken, failing to do its one job. I kindly request a review of both automated penalties on my account. Please consider reversing these 162 RP deductions and removing the associated bans, as the punishment is disproportionate to the circumstance—a fleeting connection loss followed by an earnest but blocked reconnection attempt. The reconnect functionality clearly and consistently fails in these scenarios, leading to unjust outcomes for players who are willing and trying to continue the match. This is now a pattern. I hope you can address these specific incidents and urgently note the broader system behavior for immediate improvement. The reconnect feature must be fixed to handle short, real-world internet fluctuations, or the penalty logic must be adjusted to recognize when a player is actively trying to rejoin. The current system is actively punishing your most dedicated ranked players for trying to play your game. P.S. And here's the most infuriating part that confirms it's the game's issue: these disconnects happen almost exclusively during intense fights (never while looting or rotating), and they never occur twice in a row. It feels deliberate, like the game kicks me the moment the action starts and then blocks me from coming back. I don't have this crippling reconnection problem in ANY other game.
