250 hours on the game and not one heirloom shard
Yea you heard that right. Been playing since season 2 and nothing. My gamertag isPonys_and_weed in game to please figure this out. You guys also falsely banned me for 3 years and after going back and forth for years you realized the error to my sign in and fixed it and now I missed out on years of chances to get a heirloom or rare skins but here we are grinding again and even another 100 hours on the game. NO SHARDS OR HIERLOOM you guys are making it super difficult to stay in this community. I also just bought the battle pass since you guys don’t compensate your wrong doings and my purchase took money from my bank but is sitting as processing for the last 3 days and still don’t have the battle pass!!!! Hello, I am encountering an issue with Apex Legends on Nintendo Switch. My EA account is set as an adult account, and it’s linked to my Nintendo account. I’ve had parental controls enabled on my Nintendo account for five years. Recently since the update I’ve been having games where everything is going fine then unexpectedly I get packet loss/packet burst in my match that goes up and down from 1-32 packet loss throughout the rest of the match. It completely becomes unplayable. I have tried restarting the game when I have a chance and every time I do the game does not allow me to reconnect into my game and end up losing RP. It happens a lot. I have really good internet and tried everything to fix it. It seems to be a server bug or something. Hi team, I have an issue and EA chat help said to post this here for further help please. I cannot load past the "Apex Legends" screen with the spinning circle after launching the game, it just spins forever. I have tried many things, such as deleting the license, launching via steam, EA app, uninstall and installing again, verifying files, This issue is consistent on my old PC and now my new PC, it also does not work on my partner's machine on their account so I think this issue must be something with our ISP?
