Cannot cancel Valkyrie tactical while on zipline

If you take a balloon as Valkyrie and engage your tactical without firing, there is no way to cancel the action until you land. You must either awkwardly hold the tactical button until you land, or use the ability and risk not having it when you land. You cannot switch your weapons, you cannot melee, and you cannot holster. It should be possible to cancel this without having to jump off the zipline.
