My son wants to play Apex Legends on the Nintendo Switch. From the title screen, it takes me to a screen where it says, "A parent or guardian needs to verify your account." When I click "Start Verification," it takes me back to the title screen where I get an error saying, "Lost connection to EA servers."

If you are having problems with switch, unfortunately you are not going to get answers here. I’m going on over a year with nothing from EA or the “volunteers “ as far as responses the moment I mention switch. Sorry but they don’t seem to care.
