Can't buy 11500 AC pack on steam

For some reason, when hitting "authorize" button on steam, steam overlay closes, Apex menu glitches a little and nothing happens next. My steam wallet balance is still the same and no AC added. No declined transactions on Steam either. 

Though everything worked fine when I bought 500 and 1000 AC packs as a test. Restarting Steam/Apex/PC didn't help. Validating game files didn't help.
