can't play ranked with friends

i tried the last months to play ranked with my friends who are in america i am in eu but whenever i try to match up with them but then it kicks me from the match i just get black screen with only the logo in the bottom right that its loading and sometimes the screen can't connect to match (code:tap) but whenever i solo que it never has any problems what so ever.
