Can't see friends in Apex, regardless of platform

I can't see any of my friends who are online in their own lobbies in Apex Legends. This is an issue for PS4, PS5, and PC. It looks like it's happened to other people too but hasn’t been patched. Plea...

Just confirming we're seeing friends lists showing up normally again and this should now be cleared up.

    EA_Mako​  The same issue persists. i can't even see the crossplay option to enable in my game settings. i tried it on EA App and Steam as well. i can't see my friend,s nor can they see me online. Please help us!

    I just ran into this issue. Very frustrating. I did a fresh install and it is still not working.
