Can't Start Apex on Switch 2 after recent update

Whenever I try to start the software this is the error code that I am getting. I already tried deleting the software , reinstalling , resetting the console, all other software work fine only apex giving me this error.

I am on Nintendo Switch 2 and my user name is keke. Is this a bug or did I get banned ?

    I found a solution which has been shared online. If this is happening to you, go to settings, Save Data and delete save data for Apex. Then start the game and it will work fine. PS5 and SWITCH 2 users have had trouble starting the game after update, but this fixes the issue. WORKED FOR ME
