Im not creating a brand new account bro. I have over 20 heirlooms on my account. If I delete save data from the cloud that will delete all of my heirlooms. I’ve spent thousands on this game bruh… there has to be a better solution

Yeah it is frustrating I spent 2 days without playing. And we have not gotten any official statement from them. Please let me know, my solution should work for you too.

Make sure you are not re-downlowding save data from the cloud. You have to delete save data from apex and create a new one.

Same thing happened to me. I think it’s a bug after the mid week update…not being able to play a game I spent thousands on is very frustrating

I found a solution which has been shared online. If this is happening to you, go to settings, Save Data and delete save data for Apex. Then start the game and it will work fine. PS5 and SWITCH 2 users have had trouble starting the game after update, but this fixes the issue. WORKED FOR ME
