Code: Net Code: Over - Apex crashes and Unplayable

I have not been able to play a game of Apex since September 3rd. I play on PS5 and i see multiple people having the same issue. We launch a game and it keeps crashing as soon as we land. Then we get either code: net or code: over and we are kicked from the game. On top of that we are getting  the 10 minute ban penalty. This definitely needs some sort of patch or hot fix.
