Comeback Pass issue

I recently returned to Apex Legends along with 2 of the friends I played with before the seasonal format, and then again during season 12 and 13. They had played together again at some later point, but my game stats reflect that I last played during season 13. Regardless, when we resumed playing, they got a comeback pass, which I didn't get. The only other difference is that they linked their EA Play account to Steam and played through Steam, while I was still on EA Play. I have now linked it to Steam in an attempt to fix it, but to no avail.

I've found threads about this issue, but support closed the case I created for this and encouraged me to post about it in this forum. Additionally, after unlocking Conduit for 12000 legend tokens, I noticed that she's unlocked through the comeback pass for free, so it would be nice if I could also be reimbursed those legend tokens, as I haven't unlocked every legend yet. Thanks in advance to whoever takes note of this case :)

  • Did it ever get fixed, same issue but i contacted help after all other resorts and got no help, they said they found the issue and sending me to tech team and then the person they sent me to was not a tech team and made me start all over and nothing said in past conversation even though all in same transcript. Then to only get a reply telling me to post to the community forum. 

    i took a long break but everything was working fine the past two months and was working my way through the challenges, next day all gone, not a single challenge shows for the comeback pass, nothing shows when you click on passes. They dont care to help. 

    To top it off, i got 2 retro apex packs with my coins and never got them. So i made a case they closes it instantly and got nothing, made a case for this issue now and it said waiting for player to respond but to what i click on the case and it does not allow me to do a thing. I send respawn an email directly, and i had my sister write it up, she is a lawyer but IDK if respawn will respond. 

    This all drives me crazy, i dont game, i dont play any other games, i play this game and have 1300 hours bought many passes and in game items and yet cant get help at all from customer service, EA is next level worse. Why does the only game i play have the worse customer service. and was on the last of the pass and only a couple days left, all for nothing now!! 

  • Heya, doesn't seem to be fixed yet no. Sadly, it seemed like you got the average customer service from EA. I'd encourage you to contact customer support again and hope you get a more helpful employee. I tried contacting customer support about this later after getting no response on the forum, and the employee I got that time informed me that they're working on a blanket fix so that affected people like me could still get the comeback pass all at once.

    Since it didn't get fixed with the launch of season 25, I'm thinking they won't fix it and hope people who were eligible for the comeback pass and didn't get it just forget about it.

    I happened to me in Season 25. I am pretty sure it is a synch issue. I found an old post on reddit from a dev that used to work on Apex and he said it was a synch issue. But i have no idea how to fix, and seems i can only mention so much with out losing access to the site for days, i dont want that to happen again. My case was closed with no fix. Other things are disappearing too. I tried to fix the game and reinstalled. I dont game really, i only play this game. I love just how it works and how fluid it is and graphics are good but not great and not bad. It was like this game was made for me. That comeback pass was making it fun too. That was what it was designed for, people that have taken more than two seasons off and to get them to have more fun coming back. I liked the challenges, since i get stuck in pred and masters lobbies almost every game. I am stuck with the highest level of players but an average players. Best of luck to you!

    There is a possible fix but it did not work for me, maybe it will work for you?
    What the old Dev said to do was find an old skin from an old battle pass, equip on legend and leave game and comeback and it will synch again and might bring back the comeback pass. So i guess it forces it to synch. But i tried with 3 different skins and none worked for me. 

    I had grok on X do a deep dive research on talks of a fix and that is how i found it out. I dont have a direct link to the post but relayed info from Grok AI. That was the only talk of a fix it said. IDK good luck again!
