Conduit cannot be unlocked

Hey EA_Mako​, sorry to bother you ik its been months since this post but i just got this issue as well with Conduit, can you please help me ?

    Hey vlGHOSTl​,

    I've split this into a separate thread for the time being. 

    Have you unlocked Conduit in the past and found that she's now locked again?

    Or have you never unlocked her previously and just don't have the option as shown in your screenshot?
