Constant Lag and Game Freezing causing Ranked Match loss

I am writing to report severe technical issues I encountered during a Ranked match. The game was constantly freezing and stuttering, making it unplayable. Every time I moved, the game would freeze for several seconds, leaving me vulnerable and resulting in me being eliminated without any chance to react.

This issue significantly impacted my performance and my rank. I would like to request an investigation into this matter and compensation for the loss of rank progress caused by these technical failures. Please let me know what steps can be taken to resolve this.
