Constantly getting "Code: Over"

Hello, for the past 2 days I've been constantly disconnecting from my ranked and pub games. First it, disconnects me from the game and goes back to the main menu and shows "Code: Net" and I try to reconnect but it doesn't let me and then it says "Code: Over" after trying again. It puts me back to the lobby but it subtracts RP points and gives me leaver penalty after the game ends. I've tried verifying through steams, and I've also redownloaded  the game. Please. Help.
