Hi EA team,
I’m experiencing a major issue with Apex Legends on Xbox. The game consistently crashes after Legend selection and has been doing so for the past two days. It worked normally until yesterday morning, but now disconnects every time after about 1–2 minutes of loading into Firing Range or matches.
Errors encountered:
Code:Net
Code:Leaf
Code:Cloud (once)
All other online games on the same Xbox work correctly. My console is Ethernet-connected, so this is not a Wi-Fi problem.
Troubleshooting steps already attempted:
Power cycling the Xbox
Hard resetting the Xbox
Full factory reset of the console
Uninstalling and reinstalling Apex Legends
Changing DNS settings
Deleting local save data for the game
Manually switching data centers (US Central One, US West Two)
Despite these attempts, the game crashes at the same point every time—map loading. This strongly suggests the issue is server-side or with traffic routing from the ISP.
