Crashing to desktop once per game

Within the past week, Apex began crashing and closing entirely at some point each match. It can happen at any point between character select and the end of the game (prior to summary). The game freezes for under a second, then runs for one second, and then crashes entirely. CPU and Memory are at 100% during the game now.
