Crimson heirloom pack 0/20

So i bought the Crimson heirloom pack and it says 100% heirloom but it says I have 0/20 and I dont have anything  but it said I got all of wraiths stuff (blue heirloom) but nothing is popping up in my inventory I request either my coins back or my stuff i got Hellcat,Hopes dusk and the acrobat emote
