Whenever I now go, after the December 16 update, to buy the death duet either through the event or with heirloom shards, it goes directly to the R99 event. So I have no option of purchasing it either with my heirloom shards or with the event. The event was supposed to end after this update, so I was assuming I would then be able to buy it with shards, but it goes directly to the R99 mythic event.
Yes bruh been having this same issue since Dec. 16 and it’s so annoying. I just want the heirloom and have been waiting to use my shards in it for so long. :(
same issue. It is so dumb when it was said this event ends in ... days. We were waiting fow what?... When event has been ended, it started again. What the hell !?

Same here i asked chat gpt and it said maybe next store reset so for me in like 12hrs from now and i was also waiting so long dude as i finnaly got my heirloom shards all i wanted was this and then boom bug so all we can do is wait EA help advisors cant do anything they said so lost cause i think we just need to wait and if theres still the same bug after the store reset then yes we should contact EA support again cuz then its not normal pls fix this fast
Yikes, just saw that. I'm not tryna wait another 20 days for this. They were not supposed to extend the event from what I can tell, hopefully it's just a bug.
I was just about to do the same until i found out the milestone event tab for the death duet is still there, the problem is that the timer reset to 20 days. Hope this gets fixed soon because I was waiting the whole first split for the event to end.
