DISCONNECTED: steam ID mismatch.

closing valorant anti-virus (vanguard) helped me. idk if y'all have it on your pc but u should try if it helps

Actually I didn't change anything in so long and I was playing and then tomorrow I received an email from EA that said I should reset my account password, so I did that and even after resetting the password I logged in and played. 

But after two or three days this error showed up. 

I also have the same issue. Please let me know if you find a solution.

In the meantime, has anyone changed their Steam names or anything recently?

All I know of right now is that when you change names and profile pictures on an account, it doesn't automatically update that information across any other linked account, so I'm wondering if there was an issue where your EA Account sees, (for example), "Player One", but your Steam name was changed to "Player 1", and then suddenly the game thinks that your name "doesn't match", (even though with Steam names, there are Player IDs that tells the game who's who despite the change in the username, so it could be related to something else).

I'll let you know if I find anything out, (however you may have to wait for a Community Manager to help look into the issue, (or to forward the issue to Respawn)), you could also try contacting EA Support as well.

they just making it harder for people in iran , russia , cuba and countries like this  to log in .

me and my friends are dealing with this issue for couple  of days and we've tried every way to fix it but nothing happened and we still have this error. and it happened for us at the same time BTW!

three days ago when i logedin to my account everything was ok and even i played in firing renge.
