Down to Plat 4

Yesterday I was platine 2 and today my account has been downgraded to plat4.
Can you please confirm that this is a bug and my account will return to my former rank?

Buddy, now that Season 27's second split has begun, your rank has been reset from Platinum II to Platinum IV. This is a completely normal result.
