Duping evacs in ranked.
When I was playing a ranked match I was able to dupe evacs every time I scanned console. This was broken for rotations and considering this worked in ranked it probably bad. Also it might work for ot...

jmike77w & Eshshshss Are you playing as a Legend that is a Controller Legend or has the ability to pick the Controller class perks, (such as Alter)?
If you were, then it is intended for an EVAC Tower to drop after scanning a Ring Console, but if you were playing as a Legend such as Wraith who has no such ability or access to the Controller class perks, then yeah, that would be a bug.
I was playing Fuse + choose perk to scan ring consoles.
Eshshshss Then yeah, that should drop an EVAC Tower each time the Ring Console is scanned, (even if you don't have an EVAC Tower on you), since Fuse was able to use the Controller class perks.
