EA support is trash

Does anyone know who I talk to about fixing a cosmetic issue? My s21 ranked rumble badge is supposed to match my rank for that seasons first split (predator) but is showing as rookie. There was a bug during the rumble event and they never fixed it for those affected. I've reached out to EA support, but they just keep closing it without giving me any info (the support chat is a waste of time).
