Error while playing Apex Legends

Good evening, EA. I’m writing to report an error I’m experiencing with Apex. The game closes automatically whenever I try to enter a competitive match; sometimes, it even freezes right after launching, and then shuts down after about two seconds. I’d like to know if the issue is with my account, or if it’s a problem on EA’s end or within Apex itself. Thank you very much for your time and attention.
