Cyberpunk event bugged/ Locked items
The Apex event is bugged. I bought all the packs I possibly could in the event and when I completed that they wanted me to buy the remaining skins in the store. Unfortunately when I go to do that the skins say “Unavailable”and is greyed out. I’ve tried to clear the caches, reset apex, reset my pc, uninstalled and reinstalled, looked for corrupted files, went in the legends to see if the skins were in there and the skins only exist in the store. I put in a couple of EA tickets so I’m waiting on them. IF ANYONE ELSE IS GOING THROUGH THIS PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS PAGE!! ADDITIONALLY IF ANYONR HAS A FIX PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! Good evening, EA. I’m writing to report an error I’m experiencing with Apex. The game closes automatically whenever I try to enter a competitive match; sometimes, it even freezes right after launching, and then shuts down after about two seconds. I’d like to know if the issue is with my account, or if it’s a problem on EA’s end or within Apex itself. Hello EA Support, I am experiencing an issue in Apex Legends. The challenge required to unlock Ranked mode (marking 5 different enemies) is not tracking at all. The progress stays at 0, even after I clearly mark enemies during Battle Royale matches. I make sure to: Play in regular BR (Trios/Duos) Mark live enemies directly with the red “Enemy” ping Finish the match without leaving early Despite this, the challenge does not register even a single marked enemy. I have already tried restarting the game and playing multiple matches, but the issue persists. Could you please check my account and help resolve this problem? So since they didnt want to fix the bugs for the Nintendo switch I decided to buy the switch 2. About a few weeks go by, liking how it was going. Enjoyed the fps boost. And now I cant even load into the game. Ive contacted nintendo support. We have deleted the game and redownloaded it. We have tried to Reset my switch 2, we have tried to check for corrupt data. Even Hard delete the games data from my console. Nothing worked. Now here I am Reporting this bug hoping someone will respond because nintendo told me that they cant do anything about it. Ill leave the message on the files attached. Please help
