Bundle non recus
J ai récupéré plusieurs bundle sur l épic Game stores .Je suis sur Steam avec tous mes compte lier et je n ais pas mes bundles . Exemple : un bundle de ash avec un skin épic de Wigman et un skin épic de ash ,je ne l ais jamais reçus et quand je veux avoir ash j ai cette interface Steam a bien remarque que je possédais ce dlc mais je n ais pas les récompenses ,je ne peux même pas acheter ash avec les pièces rouges .J ai aussi essaye sur EA app mais de même cela ne fonctionne pas .Je vais aussi en profiter pour vos parler de charme de ps + ,je suis ben les instructions je rentre les codes sur les site de Microsoft ,mais de meme les recompense n apparaissent pas sur steam et ea app . Good afternoon. I recently decided to pick apex back up after a couple months and when logging into my account with all my legends, skins, and items; I immediately noticed all my skins and unlocked legends where gone. the only thing that stayed was my rank and my items such as shards and a very small number of skins I had unlocked. I had started playing on PC. Transitioned over to Xbox, then back to PC again and had no issue previously with my account data. After the newest update all my data is missing from my account and it's gone without a trace whatsoever. If anyone has a fix to this issue or a way to resolve this, please reach out to me because this is really disheartening as a long-time player of Apex. Best regards, flaxApex Coins Not Received
I am pretty frustrated right now as i have purchased about 140 dollars worth of apex coins and didn't receive the 120 dollars worth. I have been going back and forth with ea for 10 days and after having tried everything there answer at the end was we cant give you your coins back. I have made the purchase on steam on this entire process has been extremely difficult and honestly i recommend nobody buy apex coins from steam since ea apparently cant do anything about it despite showing so many screenshots of email confirmations, steam purchase history and just about everything clearly showing i didn't receive my apex coins. At this point it feels like I'm being cheated and i don't know what to do. If i were to ask for a refund through steam will my account be banned even though ea said that there is nothing they can do to give me my coins that i paid for?
