A bug with a challenge (marking 5 different enemies)
Hello EA Support, I am experiencing an issue in Apex Legends. The challenge required to unlock Ranked mode (marking 5 different enemies) is not tracking at all. The progress stays at 0, even after I clearly mark enemies during Battle Royale matches. I make sure to: Play in regular BR (Trios/Duos) Mark live enemies directly with the red “Enemy” ping Finish the match without leaving early Despite this, the challenge does not register even a single marked enemy. I have already tried restarting the game and playing multiple matches, but the issue persists. Could you please check my account and help resolve this problem? I have the problem that my current rank (platinum) is not shown during gameplay or game loading screen. In lobby it works. Have tried to enter firing range, un-equip and re-equip and also restarting the game. But it did not work. Please help. Name is Dr_Nox_94. The whole top menu of Apex legends isn't loading for me, restarted my console, rebooted the game, switched servers, still the same issue, I noticed that I finished all the 7th anniversary badge challenges and didn't get any badges, also my prize tracker for the event is stuck even though I finished it 2 days ago, it hasn't reset the challenges or the dailies, this really sucks for me as I bought all the even packs except the last one because I saw it free in the tracker and decided it was worth waiting a day or two to save 10 dollars, but now it will t load either and I can't get my heirloom shards. I've talked to everal other people on this issue, and I believe the problem to be the legend pass I bought for octane, as other people I have talked to on the topic say that that is something they have noticed with this bug. I just got a 4k badge on octane and want to equip it but again I can't access my Legend Locker, the only solution I've seen so far is someone said you can change your resolution after every match, which sounds like a pain, especially on Xbox, but I'm gonna give that a try, lmk if anyone else found any fixes.560Views33likes17Comments4k Damage Not Counted in Ranked Match (Switch 2)
I dealt over 4000 damage in a ranked match on February 8th using Mad Maggie on Nintendo Switch 2, but I did not receive the 4k damage badge. After returning to the lobby, the damage was not reflected in my stats. Hello, I am currently completing the challenges required to unlock Ranked mode. I only have one challenge left: recover 500 shield. However, no matter what I do, the progress stays at 0. I have tried using different legends and playing in different game modes, but it never increases. I started playing APEX today, but I couldn't do anything, including change my email address. I logged out and logged back in, deleted my data, and even went to the trouble of creating a new account, but I couldn't even enter my email address. I contacted Nintendo, but they didn't reply. I thought the APEX management would reply, but I heard that they previously couldn't make friends, and when they contacted them, they couldn't log in or do anything, and they didn't reply. Good afternoon. I recently decided to pick apex back up after a couple months and when logging into my account with all my legends, skins, and items; I immediately noticed all my skins and unlocked legends where gone. the only thing that stayed was my rank and my items such as shards and a very small number of skins I had unlocked. I had started playing on PC. Transitioned over to Xbox, then back to PC again and had no issue previously with my account data. After the newest update all my data is missing from my account and it's gone without a trace whatsoever. If anyone has a fix to this issue or a way to resolve this, please reach out to me because this is really disheartening as a long-time player of Apex. When I logged back on from season 14 or 17 after not playing for a year or two, like anyone I checked all of my account information. One thing I noticed, was my War Club for Gibby was simply missing. The game prompted me to rebuy packs. No information, not heirloom shards.... nothing. I've been trying to contact EA for help but I'm confident they are not interested in providing a solution. I've loved this game since season one and I claim it to be my favorite game. It's safe to say I had a bad rest of my evening.
