Heirloom shard bug
Hello, I have contacted you guys numerous times advising the heirloom shards for my account was bugged and I have not receiving any and have been a day 1 player. Your customer services reps at EA kept trying to tell me there was no known issues and now I'm seeing MULTIPLE posts and articles advising this WAS a bug and that they fixed it on some accounts. Mine was not fixed I've spent hundreds of dollars on this game, playing 7 yrs and opened 1500+ packs easily. I kept getting disregarded because they "didn't" know of it which multiple people told me some accounts were effected by this bug. Please actually look into this for me - Gamer tag on Apex is MrSavage512 I should have at least 3 minimum by now and dont..4k badge
I got a 4k while playing ranked with my brother and cousin but when i wrnt back to lobby it wasnt there so i restarted still wasnt there and i even waited a day and its.still not there and the 4061 damage i hit doesnt show as my highest damage and i also got 14 kills but it doesnt show that either and ive got a screenshot of proofStorm Point crash (AMD GPU) – Fix
Issue: Game crashes when Storm Point is in rotation. Freezes for a few seconds, then closes. Also happens when clicking Ranked if Storm Point is active. Did NOT fix: Reinstall game Verify files Change graphics Latest drivers Fix (worked for me): Clean uninstall GPU driver Installed AMD Adrenalin 23.5.2 (2023) After this, no more crashes. Note: Had an Easy Anti-Cheat error (“untrusted system file”), which disappeared after reinstalling the driver. Conclusion: Likely Storm Point bug + unstable AMD drivers. Try older drivers.
Apex crashing
I have seen this issue pop up a lot and based on this I have tried literally everything people have recommended but no one seems to be having the same specific problem as me. After installing the game it is fine I can play the game for a couple hours, then it randomly crashes and I will not be able to open the game at all after this it just keeps crashing as soon as I load in and then I reinstall the game again and it works for a couple hours. Please help me I just wanna play.I can't open the game
First things first, I use steam, now, I Uninstalled the game to install it again on my other SSD, after I download it again I just cant even access the Servers Lobby, Right after the openning animation the game crashes and gives no error notification. I already cleared all the files and uninstalled and downloaded the game again 2 times, even in my old SSD and can't join the game yet. already oppened the EasyAntiCheat and updated the apex AntiCheat but still no results, pls helpA bug with a challenge (marking 5 different enemies)
Hello EA Support, I am experiencing an issue in Apex Legends. The challenge required to unlock Ranked mode (marking 5 different enemies) is not tracking at all. The progress stays at 0, even after I clearly mark enemies during Battle Royale matches. I make sure to: Play in regular BR (Trios/Duos) Mark live enemies directly with the red “Enemy” ping Finish the match without leaving early Despite this, the challenge does not register even a single marked enemy. I have already tried restarting the game and playing multiple matches, but the issue persists. Could you please check my account and help resolve this problem? I have the problem that my current rank (platinum) is not shown during gameplay or game loading screen. In lobby it works. Have tried to enter firing range, un-equip and re-equip and also restarting the game. But it did not work. Please help. Name is Dr_Nox_94. Many thanks in advance!
Apex Legends Event, Challenges, Passes, Legend locker, and Store not loading.
The whole top menu of Apex legends isn't loading for me, restarted my console, rebooted the game, switched servers, still the same issue, I noticed that I finished all the 7th anniversary badge challenges and didn't get any badges, also my prize tracker for the event is stuck even though I finished it 2 days ago, it hasn't reset the challenges or the dailies, this really sucks for me as I bought all the even packs except the last one because I saw it free in the tracker and decided it was worth waiting a day or two to save 10 dollars, but now it will t load either and I can't get my heirloom shards. I've talked to everal other people on this issue, and I believe the problem to be the legend pass I bought for octane, as other people I have talked to on the topic say that that is something they have noticed with this bug. I just got a 4k badge on octane and want to equip it but again I can't access my Legend Locker, the only solution I've seen so far is someone said you can change your resolution after every match, which sounds like a pain, especially on Xbox, but I'm gonna give that a try, lmk if anyone else found any fixes.4k Damage Not Counted in Ranked Match (Switch 2)
I dealt over 4000 damage in a ranked match on February 8th using Mad Maggie on Nintendo Switch 2, but I did not receive the 4k damage badge. After returning to the lobby, the damage was not reflected in my stats. Game mode: Ranked Platform: Nintendo Switch 2 Legend used: Mad Maggie Date: February 8th There were no disconnections during the match.
