EU Server packet loss!!!

Been experiencing it in pubs suddenly packet loss increases and reach about 45% and sometimes more. The only fix i got is restarting the game and that's half-assed because sometimes u cant rejoin the match!
-my internet speed is 65MB/s which isn't bad for any online game I've played.
-There's no downloads in the background.
- I'm using Ethernet cable.
-My DNS is 1.1.1.1 and even tried my ISP default.
and that's not happening to me only, even my random teammates said so and some even disconnected from the match.
