Exotic shards and mythic peacekeeper

The exotic shards I got from the gundom event aren’t working properly I used them on the grenade skins and kill effect for the mythic peacekeeper and I’m not getting the items I purchased like I only got the skins for the thermite and arc star but not the frag and for the kill effect I can equip it in the inventory but it doesn’t work in game and in the mythic store it says it’s locked but also owned and cause of this issue since u have to buy so much stuff with exotics shards in order before you can buy the recollor of the mythic peacekeeper so i need this issue fixed ASAP cause i spent a lot of money just for me not to get what i payed for
