Every game I play this season, my fps seems to drop to 10. No my xbox is not over heating. This has to be a bug, and I’ve seen others reporting the same thing yet haven’t seen a response or fix for this. What’s going on?

Hello Mari, I've been having the same issue with frames dropping to 10 fps randomly. like the person above said, my Xbox Series X isn't overheating, and this only happens to me on Apex Legends. I play with a 500gb Wi-Fi Connection, so I know my internet's not the problem. I also tried using my Ethernet Cord, but it still happens every so often. Usually, it takes a good amount of time for the frames to stop dropping, long enough that restarting the game may be faster than waiting it out. This time around it didn't last too long before the frames went back to normal, if you aren't able to view that video let me know and I'll share a link to my Xbox clip.
I get this problem when playing on performance mode! Been happening for weeks
