Every second to third game I've had for the past two hours has had server crashes, specifically referencing an internal server error. After doing some research, there is blatant video proof (via Hypermyst on Twitter) that the server crashes are due to a game breaking bug between Sparrow and Mirage.
When Mirage activates his ultimate to deploy his decoys and Sparrow then shoots his ultimate onto the decoys, the server completely crashes. The game is unplayable in this state and the crashes have been reported by a large group of people on different platforms but most prominently PC.
To further substantiate the bug being the cause of the crashes: none of my arena matches have crashed because none of my matches have had a Sparrow and Mirage in the same game.
