Game Freeze

I was three quarters of the way into a Ranked game about 15 minutes ago. as I popped mirages ultimate I turned to face a Valkyrie and my game froze. I attempted to restart my game but it wouldn't let me re enter the game I was in. It came up with the error code snake. It has now banned me for 10 minutes for leaving when I didn't leave. I also lost RP when I was gaining it. it matters more as I'm almost platinum at ethe very end of the season. Can someone possible check out the bug and restore my lost RP please?
