Game keeps crashing midmatch

I had three ranked matches yesterday where my game froze then disconnected from the server with a server connection timeout error code. When I rebooted the game it couldn’t reconnect me from the match and hit me with two afk penalties. I tried a pubs match today to have a similar result where I was locked out at :53 seconds left in the 2nd ring as my team was looking for squads.

is anyone else encountering this? Tried cache, dns a modem reset to no results.
