Game keeps crashing to "continue" menu.

This has happened 6 times today, three in a row, a successful loadup, then another three in a row. Game crashes and gives me an "server shutdown" error message immediately after seeing the top team (so after I've already been put with a team, right before the loadout for the game is supposed to start), then puts me at the "continue" menu. I press left click to continue, it loads for a minute or so, and then gives the message that I couldn't rejoin the game, it may have ended (code:over).  Then I can press continue again and ready up again without issue. 

I checked my internet speed and there is no issues. Doesn't seem to be an issue with my device, either, as it was able to run a full game successfully in between failures. I'm pretty worried this is messing things up for the teams I was set to load out for. It's an annoying inconvenience for me, but I'm not sure what it ended up doing on their side of things. 

I don't know if it matters, but it only happened when I was trying to load into "Unranked: Trios" and the successful match was for the same mode. I haven't had similar issues with any other modes.
