Game lag and crashing making it unplayable

Seems to be server connection imo, but every time load into a match i end up getting all of the connection symbols, performance display saying I have loss and the id thing going up and down, sometimes it's at 140/20 sometimes it's 60/7. After verifying file integrity it was fixed for one day and then back to being unplayable now. Tried deleting the game and redownloading, tried turning graphics down, checked i was using the right server(eu-central) and nothing helped. I know it's not my internet as im using ethernet and im able to play other games like overwatch just fine. Pretty dissapointing tho as apex is my favourite and i was just about to get back into it. It was fine last split i should add.
