Which platform are you playing on? We've seen some other reports of this happening on Xbox and the team's currently looking into this, though there isn't currently a workaround or way to recover the prior settings unfortunately.
Im on xbox series x. Dude this sucks especially for new players on this game who are barely learning what everything does
I’m on Xbox series S and this happened to me as well, My settings were reset and I had forgot my advanced settings so I spent time in the firing range editing them to my liking and then I got off the game 10 minutes later, I came back 30 minutes after and my settings reset to default again. Such a bummer that happened because I’m trying to play some ranked.
I don't know what to do, I even uninstall all the game and downloaded it again and it didn't work
Yeah this needs to be fixed. Why has this happened to me 4 times in the last two years. I really want to cuss somebody out because how has this not been fixed. For competitive players who have very in depth settings this is extremely frustrating and makes me want to stop playing the game.
Hey I’m currently experiencing the same issue and I’m on Xbox every time I go to play it resets all my settings. Also and it keeps doing it after the update Tos or Eula pops up and I accept it, if that helps.
This is awful. Years of settings lost forever. I almost don’t have the energy to figure it out. This was my escape and now it’s another stress. So lame. I may quit
Freaking annoying and they still haven’t made an attempt to fix it
I am so upset I’m almost in tears. I lost ALL of my settings. Everything reset. Xbox also deleted my capture of saved settings (didn’t know it deleted now after 90 days) so I’m completely screwed. I’ve spent the past 5 hours trying to figure out where I was. I honestly couldn’t be more upset. I went from 4ks to 400 damage because it doesn’t even feel like the same game. So frustrated.
It made me accept some new agreement thing and deleted everything. I have zero idea what my settings were and I’m infuriated because mine were super advanced. My Xbox deleted the screen recording I had done before of the settings and now I don’t even know what to do. I’ve spent thousands of dollars as well as hours in this game, and this makes me never want to play again.
So what you saying is this gonna happen everytime, restart, wait for sync and reinstalling all that doesnt work...everytime we must now take 45+ min to configure our settings. Im on Xbox series X. Please fix this!
Maybe launch a mini update i dont know how but maybe it wil fix the game files or something
Have they fixed this yet? Bc I’m still dealing with it everytime I load up the app. Especially after fixing my settings. I’m on Xbox series x. I’m about done with this game. Everytime it’s updated some crazy crap happens. It’s getting old by now. I’ve been playing since season 1.
